Pursuant to Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights at Animua, S.A. we process the information provided to us by customers to correctly manage the services requested and invoice same.

The data provided will be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship or for as long as necessary in compliance with legal obligations.

The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the service level agreement.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
All persons are entitled to seek confirmation as to whether or not Animua, S.A. is processing their data.
Data subjects are also entitled to access their personal data and to seek the amendment of any imprecise data, where applicable, or to seek the deletion thereof, for instance, when said data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were gathered.
In specific circumstances, the data subjects may:
- Seek that the processing of their personal data be limited, in which case we will retain them solely for the purpose of filing or defending claims.
- Oppose the processing of their personal data on the grounds of their personal situation. In this case, Animua, S.A. shall refrain from processing their data except under legal imperative and for the purpose of filing or defending claims.

EXERCISING RIGHTS

If the data subject considers that their rights have not been duly observed, they will be entitled to file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
